The runs on Sunday will all be based on the 12,5 Route Map 
 
If your current training level requires you to run a little further don&#8217;t worry because we can extend the route towards Southend for extra mileage. On the day I will give you the option of 14 or 16 mile turn around point if you want them. 
 
But be warned these routes have a hard last 3 miles ( mainly up hill ), so chose your distance wisely 
 
If you want to investigate these routes in more detail click on the &#8220;Show Elevation&#8221; icon, and the maps will open up in full allowing you to zoom right into the route.
