Thank you to all those 40+ runners who came to our first training run on Sunday 13th December.

It was a bit cold and some of the runners who chose the longer route were caught in the rain, but it was lovely to see everyone being supported by one another, and of course the wonderful Benfleet Running Club guys.

Our runners are very advanced and many are doing 13+ miles. Have a lovely Christmas – eat, drink, be merry and we’ll see you in January 2010!
